Problem:

Why didn't the correct stationery format print?

   
Cause:
   
Solution:
  1. The Stationery Format selected is incorrect – proceed to SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION, SYSTEM PARAMETERS, STATIONERY and check the current setting of the stationery.

  2. Stationery Report Writer – If the stationery format is set to 0 then the Stationery Report Writer is being utilised. Please proceed to SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION, STATIONERY REPORT WRITER and check that the details on your stationery are correct.

  3. Different Stationery for User Groups may be being utilised. Proceed to SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION, USER ACCESS MENU, USER MENU ACCESS – check the user group set against the user.


    Then:

    SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION, USER ACCESS MENU, USER GROUPS – modify the user group in question, enter through to next screen and check the stationery format current setting.
